Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation within 30 to 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 75% cancellation charge will apply.
In the event of a "no-show" or a cancellation within 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that any cancellation must be done in writing.
